3. AI Assessments, Generated Reports & Model Training

Information voluntarily submitted through assessments, governance reviews, operational audits, or AI visibility evaluations is used solely for consulting, advisory, modernization, governance, operational intelligence, and business strategy purposes.

Currently, ZYNAGI does not send user-submitted assessment content, contact form messages, or other information you enter into our public forms to third-party artificial intelligence providers. Our trust scans analyze publicly available website HTML using fixed, deterministic rules; assessments are scored on your device; the AI Policy Generator assembles drafts from predefined templates; and downloadable report PDFs are generated on demand from the data you already submitted. None of your submitted information is used to train AI models.

This disclosure should be reviewed before any feature begins transmitting user-submitted content to an external AI provider. If that changes, this section will be updated to describe the provider, the data shared, and the purpose.

ZYNAGI does not intentionally collect sensitive protected health information, financial account credentials, passwords, or confidential regulated information through public website forms unless specifically agreed to through a formal engagement.

Users should avoid submitting confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through standard website forms.

All assessments, scores, reports, and recommendations are informational only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, HIPAA, ADA, SEC, or financial compliance certification, and they do not guarantee any business, revenue, or compliance outcome.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Consent

ZYNAGI uses a third-party analytics service provider, Google Analytics (Google tag/gtag.js, measurement ID G-G01VWZHBLN), to understand aggregate website traffic and usage. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies (such as _ga and identifier cookies beginning with _ga_) on your device to distinguish unique visitors and sessions.

Google Analytics does not load and sets no Analytics cookie until you affirmatively accept analytics through our consent banner. Your choice is stored on this device and persists across visits and reloads. If you decline, or if you have not yet chosen, no Google Analytics script runs and no Analytics cookie is set.

The consent banner provides equally visible "Accept Analytics" and "Decline Analytics" options. Closing or dismissing the banner without accepting is treated as declined.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" control in the site footer. When you withdraw consent, ZYNAGI prevents future Google Analytics loading and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies (including _ga and _ga_) where technically possible.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

Necessary cookies required for the site to function are not subject to the analytics consent banner. You may also disable cookies through your browser settings, which may affect site functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

ZYNAGI uses the following third-party service providers to operate the website and deliver services:

  • Google Analytics — third-party analytics service provider used to measure aggregate website traffic (described in Section 4)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot-verification service used on public forms; it processes a verification token to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic
  • Base44 — hosting, database, and email infrastructure provider that stores form submissions, scan records, and assessment data and delivers email on our behalf
  • Email delivery services — used to send administrative and requested communications

These service providers process information as necessary to support website operations and consulting activities. We do not knowingly share your personal information with any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or external platforms linked from this website.

6. Data Security

ZYNAGI takes commercially reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users submit information at their own discretion and risk.

7. Confidentiality & Advisory Relationships

Submission of information through this website does not create:

  • A formal consulting engagement
  • A fiduciary relationship
  • Legal representation
  • Financial advisory representation
  • Confidential protected advisory status

Formal consulting relationships are established only through separate written agreements.

8. No Guarantee of Results

ZYNAGI provides strategic consulting, operational intelligence, AI advisory, workflow optimization, governance consulting, and modernization guidance.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific business outcomes
  • Revenue increases
  • Search rankings
  • AI implementation performance
  • Valuation increases
  • Operational results
  • Investment outcomes
  • Regulatory compliance outcomes

Business performance depends on numerous factors outside of ZYNAGI's control.

9. Data We Store & Retention

When you submit a form, run a trust scan, or complete an assessment, ZYNAGI stores the information you provide — which may include contact submissions (name, email, phone, company, industry, revenue range, website URL, and free-text messages), trust scan requests and results, assessment responses and scores, benchmark and timeline records, and monitoring subscription preferences.

Downloadable report PDFs are generated on demand from the information you submitted; the PDF files themselves are not persistently stored by ZYNAGI.

We retain submitted information for a commercially reasonable period based on operational, consulting, legal, compliance, administrative, security, and business purposes.

ZYNAGI does not automatically delete your information after a fixed period, and there is no self-service account-deletion feature. Deletion is handled manually in response to your request (see Section 10).

Users may request removal of personal information by contacting ZYNAGI through our website contact form.

10. Your Rights & Verified Requests

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, to limit certain uses of it, and to withdraw consent where applicable.

Verified access, correction, and deletion requests are handled manually by ZYNAGI. To submit a request, use our website contact form and include the email address associated with your submission so we can verify the request.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Deletion or limitation may be limited by legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or backup-retention obligations, and some information may be retained as required by law or to maintain operational integrity.

We do not sell personal information.

11. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business and professional audiences.

ZYNAGI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

12. External Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or external resources.

ZYNAGI is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external websites.

13. Updates to This Policy

ZYNAGI may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
